RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Please notify us at returns@recoveryelements.com or 512-243-7561 prior to making your return. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type less actual shipping costs. Items returned within 30 days will receive full credit. Items returned after 30 days and before 60 days will be credited 50% of the sales price less any discounts. We will not refund items after 60 Days.
Skincare
If you are dissatisfied with your skincare purchase, and the product has not been opened or damaged, you may return the item to us within 30 days of purchase.
Makeup
Sorry, Dermablend products may not be returned or exchanged.
Supplements, Gels and Lotions
Unopened supplements may be returned for a full refund. Opened or damaged containers are not returnable.
Garments
Nouvelle and Marena unopened compression garment packages may be returned for a full refund within 30 days, less any applicable shipping and handling charges, or may be exchanged for a different size, style or color of compression garment. Worn, used and/or soiled compression garments may not be returned as they are considered medical garments and cannot be resold. Caromed and Medico Garments have a 20% restocking fee. Garments must be sent back to the shipping address on the package because they are sent directly from the Manufacturer.
Swimwear
Sorry, swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned unless it is due to a manufacturing defect.
Dyed Compression Stockings/Socks
Sorry, compression stockings and/or socks that are dyed per your specifications are considered custom compression garments by the manufacturer and unfortunately cannot be returned.
Note: Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. After notifying us (and if the return is not for a compression garment as mentioned above), please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
