Directions:

·         Cold therapy application: Store Pearl Ice eye masks in the freezer. For home spa exfoliate and apply Pearl-Ice mask over hydrating mask. Lay back and apply to eyelids for 10-12 minutes, massage glass beads with fingers over entire and specific areas. Pearl-Ice Mask can be re-frozen and re-applied after 45 minutes.

·         Warm therapy application:  Immerse Pearl Ice eye mask in hot water (not boiling) for 3-5 minutes. Lay back and apply to eyelids for 10-12 minutes to relieve tension headaches and nasal congestion.
